Woodland Builders transformed a Gabrielle Shingle Style home in Milton, MA, for a family of five. The remodel enhanced the kitchen, living room, mudroom, master bathroom, and exterior. In the kitchen, custom-built Shaker cabinetry, a large Artic White Quartz island, and a sliding pantry door increased functionality and improved the space’s layout. The living room now features enlarged windows, maximizing natural light, and a Neolith-finished wood fireplace. The foyer and mudroom were expanded, creating a grand entrance, while a powder room was added from the downstairs bathroom space. The master bathroom was upgraded with honed tile floors and a freestanding tub. Finally, the home’s curb appeal was enhanced to stay true to its Gabrielle Shingle Style while blending beautifully with the surroundings.
