Thoughtful Flow
Hanover, Massachusetts
This second-floor bathroom renovation in Hanover, MA was part of a larger effort to address long-standing issues with poor layout and a persistent leak the homeowners had experienced since purchasing the home. With four bedrooms on the floor, the goal was to ensure that each had access to a bathroom—without sacrificing flow or function.
To achieve this, Woodland Builders transformed the existing guest bathroom into a Jack and Jill layout, making it accessible from two bedrooms while maintaining privacy and usability.
Classic elements like quartz counters, a warm neutral palette, and brushed nickel fixtures create a calming, sophisticated atmosphere—one that now meets the family’s needs for comfort, functionality, and everyday luxury. The result is a beautifully balanced space that reflects both thoughtful planning and timeless design.
